Even though Zulu words are spelt the same, they are not said the same - depending on where you’re from. For KZN Zulu people “Q” is pronounced with a hard clicking sound, while for Johannesburg Zulu people it’s pronounced with a “C” sound – so amaqanda for example might be spelt the same for both types of Zulu’s, but Johannesburg Zulu will pronounce it as ama-canda.
